These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and maju44 ("maju44", "Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the maju44 website located at https://maju44.cam, including all sub-pages, features, services, and content made available through the platform (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing the Service, or placing any wager or bet through maju44, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the maju44 platform and close your account. Continued use of the Service following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

• "Account" — the registered user profile created by a Player upon completing the maju44 registration process.
• "Balance" — the total real-money funds held within a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity verification process required before a Player may process withdrawals from their Account.
• "Platform" — the maju44 website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated applications through which the Service is delivered.
• "Service" — all gaming, betting, and ancillary services provided by maju44 through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they convert to withdrawable real-money balance.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any territory in which access to or use of the Service is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.

To register and maintain an Account on maju44, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Service:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. maju44 strictly prohibits access by or use on behalf of persons under the age of 21.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of or located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of accessing or using the Service.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by maju44 or any affiliated responsible gambling registry.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of any such individual employed by maju44 or its affiliated entities, third-party suppliers, or game studios.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of such information throughout your use of the Service.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on maju44. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate Accounts will be suspended pending investigation, and any balances associated with such Accounts may be forfeited.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access your Account. maju44 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

In the event you suspect your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify maju44 immediately through our support channels. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account to enhance security.

4.3 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, maju44 will require you to complete KYC verification. This process involves submission of government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and — where applicable — proof of payment method ownership. All documentation submitted is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held pending successful verification.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

maju44 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including but not limited to: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

5.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: RM30 (may vary by payment method).
• Deposits are credited to your Account upon confirmed receipt of funds.
• maju44 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your financial institution or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made from third-party accounts not registered in your name will be rejected and returned.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 (may vary by payment method and Account tier).
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts or payment instruments in your own verified name.
• Processing times: DuitNow and e-wallet withdrawals typically complete within minutes of approval; FPX bank transfers may take up to 15 minutes during business hours.
• maju44 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving withdrawal requests where there is reasonable cause for enhanced scrutiny.
• Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable and will be deducted from any withdrawal request that does not meet wagering conditions.

maju44 offers various promotional bonuses and rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are communicated alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only and may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly permitted.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated per promotion and typically range between 20x and 40x the bonus amount.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are stated per promotion.
• maju44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, including where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms.
• Birthday bonuses are subject to VIP tier qualification and require a fully verified Account. Birthday bonuses are awarded once per calendar year per verified player.
• Referral bonuses are credited upon the referred player completing registration and making their first qualifying deposit. Self-referrals are not permitted.

Any attempt to circumvent bonus terms through irregular play patterns — such as wagering on opposite outcomes to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings.

maju44 is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and potential legal action:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting eligibility.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in real-time games to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Use of Automated Software: Employing bots, scripts, or any automated betting systems to interact with the Platform without explicit written consent from maju44.
• Exploitation of Software Errors: Deliberately exploiting technical faults, glitches, or errors in Platform software. Any winnings arising from known software errors are void and will be reclaimed.
• Charge-backs: Initiating unauthorised charge-backs or payment reversals through your financial institution while retaining associated winnings or Account balance.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity.

maju44 employs real-time monitoring systems and reserves the right to void any bets or winnings, suspend any Account, and report any suspected illegal activity to the relevant authorities where required under our licensing obligations.

All content on the maju44 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, software, code, design elements, and data compilations — is the property of maju44 or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform or its content without prior written authorisation from maju44.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, maju44 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service.

maju44's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

maju44 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its player base. Gambling should be an entertaining leisure activity — it must never be used as a means to resolve financial difficulties or to recover prior losses.

maju44 provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure alerts to notify you after a defined period of active play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend Account access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Service and may request closure of your Account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which maju44 holds its gaming licence, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact maju44's support team to seek resolution through good-faith negotiation. We are committed to resolving disputes promptly and fairly. Most Account-related disputes can be resolved through our standard support and complaints process within 14 business days.

Where a dispute relates to the outcome of a game or sporting event, maju44's records shall be considered authoritative and conclusive, except in cases of demonstrated technical error or manifest factual inaccuracy.
